We partner with companies that have successful, proven business models and growth potential. With the acquisition of significant equity stakes, we actively participate at the board level and support the management teams of our investee companies in implementing their growth strategies and unlocking long-term value.

We believe that time is of the essence, and strive to increase the value of our investee companies rapidly and aggressively. However, we have no specific exit timeframe and will hold on to our investments as long as necessary to maximize value creation and returns to all stakeholders.

We generally invest independently in companies, but will collaborate with other strategic investors for co-investment opportunities where such cooperation will enhance value creation.
